For treatment date, please select the date when treatment is next due.
 

Then enter your pet's name, the name of your veterinary practice and your mobile phone number or e-mail address (or both) as appropriate.
 

Finally select whether you would like reminders by e-mail, by mobile text message (SMS), or both.
 

Click 'Sign Up' and you will receive timely reminders, monthly from the date entered above. Simple as that.
 

Note that e-mail reminders will continue until cancelled. Mobile text messages continue for one year, unless cancelled before.
